I found over 50 choices. You can see a selection at the end of this post. Or just go look! I’ll wait…
Many of them are intended for cards, but if you want a social media graphic, don’t sweat it. Just choose a template similar to the shape of finished image you want.
Now, if you’re strapped for time, you can literally save or print your choice right now!
Or make as many or few edits as you like. I’ll explain more below, or you can watch this short video.
If you’ve picked a graphic, you can edit any or all of the colors used. Just click on it and the color palette pops up.
Click on any text, and you can change the words, font, color, and size.
Want to add your logo? Click on the butterfly icon and “Add your own.”
You can use the left side menu to add as many embellishments as you like – or just keep it simple! Add your logo, Export, schedule to social media.

Valentize your profile pictures
It’s easy to show a little love on your social media profile pic!
- Open your head shot in PicMonkey.
- Click on the Snowflake icon to bring up seasonal themes.
- Choose “Sweethearts.”
- Add your choice of filter effects, overlays, and frames.
Now you’re ready for Valentine’s!
And everything’s so easily customizable, like the red rose I turned purple 💜
According to PicMonkey,
All the effects found in this theme have been hand-selected for their ability to make people fall immediately and inexplicably in love. Hey, we warned you.
So proceed with caution 😉 Or – just let go and have some fun!
Can I set an exact size for my PicMonkey graphic?
If you’re making a social graphic and want a specific size, you can do that even if you start with a template that has a size specified.
I would recommend not fussing with this for social posts – it’s not critical. A general shape is fine. And PicMonkey’s templates are sized nice and large to give you great resolution.
But if you insist…
To set a specific proportion, head right to Basic Edits > Crop. Then set the pixel dimensions in Basic Edits > Resize.
Example: For a Pinterest image, any of the 5×7 cards will work fine. If you want to make your graphic exactly 600 x 900, go first to Basic Edits > Crop and set a 4:6 proportion. Make the cropping frame as large as possible, then Apply.
Next click on Resize and set 600 (the 900 will set itself) and Apply.
